Description

The following auction is for a wrecked 2002 Ford Escape. It does not start. It will have to be picked up. It ran fine up until my ex wrecked it. She continued to drive it a few miles after it was wrecked and ripped a bunch of wiring out of the motor, ue to a shreddedtire in the driver wheel well, flopping around until it pulled out a bunch of wires.

She hit something head on. It maybe considered totaled. I never had anyone look at it. We just parked it in my garage. That was about 4 years ago. It needs to be gone.

Anyways, he hit a guard rail and tried to limp it home. Needless to say, t didn't make it. The front end is gone. There is no bumper or any of the front bracket. It was shredded.

I tried to turn the key but, othing happens. I think due to the massive clump of shredded wires out the driver side tires.

The motor had 141,000 miles on it. I hooked up a charger and checked the odometer when I was taking pics. There is no battery or hood. They were destroyed. The front window is broken. Both the front seats and console are gone, sorry I kept these for my truck). Both of the airbags have been popped. She hit the rail pretty hard.

There is quite a few good parts. I would think the motor and transmission are fine. Basically the rest of the Escape from the front doors back is in nice shape. It was a nice car before it was wrecked.

It has been sitting in my garage for around 4 years. Other than the fluid from the front end, he rest of it really hasn't leaked much at all. A few drops of oil underneath it. Im sure the gas tank has gas in in and would need to be drained. I have the regular tire in the back. I can take the donut off and put that on.

It doesn't start and you will need a trailer to pick it up. I can help you push it, ut you may need a winch to get it on a trailer. If you had one of those 2 wheel haulers it would probably work. I would think the back wheels would roll fine. The front ones maybe a little sketchy. I never drove it after it was wrecked. I really never did anything to it other than take off parts that I kept stumbling over in the garage.

A decent car from the doors back, ol. As I stated, think the motor and transmission are fine too. It would make a great parts car if you were working on one. Just as long as you didn't need front end parts. The tires are still in pretty nice shape and have a decent amount of tread on them.

You will have to have it trailered home, t does not run. I will not deliver it.

Sorry, am just trying to remember everything. It is missing the hood and entire front end. The radiator is gone. Both the airbags on driver and passenger have been popped. It is missing the bucket front seats and the middle console. The back seats are in it. It is also missing the fender on the driver side, ncluding the headlight, racket.

I do have the title and its signed. Its clear.

THE CAR IS LOCATED IN HIGHLAND IL. 62249. WE ARE LOCATED ABOUT 35 MILES EAST OF ST LOUIS, N THE ILLINOIS SIDE OF THE RIVER. PICK UP IS EXPECTED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF AUCTION ENDING, NLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.
