1995 Chevrolet Chevy Cavalier Automatic w/ Custom Widebody Body Kit 2-door coupe

So I bought this car with the primary intent to fix up and flip. I have fixed a lot of stuff but things at my shop have picked up and I no longer have the time to invest into this car so I have listed it at the minimum I will be willing to take for the car.
Its a 1995 Chevy Cavalier with an automatic transmission and shifts perfectly. It has a 2.2L 4-cylinder engine which is known to get extremely high fuel mileage to you can drive to your hearts content and still have fuel to drive more.
It has 122,849 miles on it. I have receipts for every part that was installed on the car as well.
Parts replaced:
1.) Brand new headgasket (zero miles on it)
2.) Head was sent to Morris Automotive; Milled, leaned and pressure tested (all ok)
3.) 4 Brand new ZTech fuel injectors
4.) Brand new PCM
5.) Brand new MagCor red performance wires
6.) Newly wrapped cold-air intake system
7.) Brand new water pump
8.) Brand new blower resistor pack
9.) Brand new blower relay
10.) Custom molded widebody body kit w/ Z3 fenders
11.) Dual exhaust system
12.) Pioneer 2-way 6.5" door speakers
13.) Dual 2-way high output 6.5" deck speakers
14.) Alpine AM/FM CD head receiver
15.) Replaced control module (with one previous owner had but not confirmed new)
