Description

Christine's older sister?! I got this rare nearly 100% rust free California owned '57 Plymouth Belvedere 2dr htthrough a friend in 1996. Hard to find in any condition even then, much less so complete and w solid floors. Hate to sell my bad to the bone stock 60 year old project car, but don't have time to deal w restoring her to original looking condition. I want to make some repairs on my '67 Dodge Polara 2dr ht that I still drive weekly and don't have time to deal w both cars. The 57 is Jade green (teal) and white w matching interior, she's all there. All side mouldings, emblems, interior handles & window cranks, the whole dash, even a spare tire rim and wheel covers. The only missing parts are the bottom part of the rear seat, and the sheet metal panel below the rear bumper that runs the length of the space between the fenders. I believe any 57-59 Plymouth or Dodge, and possibly Chrysler and DeSoto panel would fit. The seats are the same size on 1957-59 Plymouth & Dodge cars and should be fairly easy to find, one from any 2dr car will fit properly. I started the V-8 engine and ran it 2 or 3 times per month until Dec 2010 when the battery died and I never replaced it. The engine sounded good and the push button automatic tranny functioned just fine at the time. The bumpers are straight and were rechromed 20 yrs ago and still look more than good enough to use, although not stored properly. The front bumper on the car now is an extra one and is included. I am told the drivers side door came from a 59 Plymouth and I would replace it with a better one. I got a '57-'58 A-Pillar vent window assembly w glass and some extra pieces for use on the drivers door w the car. I am including some excellent used and NOS parts I have obtained over the past 20 years. See photos. I am thinning out my classic car parts hoard and will be listing them throughout the next month. I have mostly smaller Mopar trim items in good shape. Thanks for looking at my listing.
