Read entire listing before bidding!! If you see this car for sale on some websites it is a scam. I do not authorize use of this listing or pictures for such scams!
I have a RARE 56 Belvedere Convertible for sale. Pretty much a barn find, has set in a barn untouched for years. Previous owner got car to restore. Sanded down the doors and part of the quarters and never primed them. Car was dismantled for restoration. I have accounted for everything except lower back seat and quarter panel trim. I have one piece but it is bent up pretty bad. The motor is a 277 that was rebuilt some time back and never started. Same for the pushbutton automatic transmission. The car is very solid. Has had floor pan patches. Trunk pan is solid. Frame is solid as well. Will need inner rocker panels. Looks like the driver side rear quarter was hit at some point. A solid one piece panel was replaced but not correctly. There is lots of material if it needs cut away and refit.Trunk lid will not close completely do to improper installation of quarter panel. The only rust on this car is surface on outside and inner rockers, THATS IT!! Hasn't seam the road sense early 90's. Convertible top appears to be in good working order. One joint on passenger side is broken and will need repaired. There is SEVERAL extra pieces for the car. Lots of double items like, two dashes, hood letters, hood lower emblem and trim, trunk lid emblems, wiper arm chrome, window trimming, push button transmission controls with buttons and trim, two steering wheels, blower motor for inside firewall, drive shaftsand rear tail light trim. There is more parts but those are the big items. Grill is complete and in great shape. All four hubcaps are there. Not much missing from her. Would make a great restoration project and an amazing car once done. Car rolls, steers and stops. DOES NOT RUN!! I'm sure it wouldn't take much to get running seeing how motor and transmission are rebuilt. Clean and clear Indiana title. Shows odometer actual at 045708 and odometer in dash shows same. Also have an original 4 barrel intake with Carter carb that goes with car. Currently has two barrel intake on it.
A $500 deposit is required within 24 hours at end of auction. Balance paid in full within 7 days. Car is stored safely inside and car stay there free for 30 days. Will assist with loading on transport or carrier. Vehicle can be inspected upon request. On Oct-04-16 at 17:54:37 PDT, seller added the following information:

I added 6 more photos to get a better look at the car. I added one of the joint-link assembly on the convertible top that is broke. There is a lot of interest in the car. Message me your phone number and I can call you or text you more pictures.
