1968 CHEVY CST 4X4 350 AUTO CUSTOM CAMPER

Up for auction is a hard to find truck. Here isa 1968 Chevrolet CST 4X4 with the camper special package.

This truck was driven daily by the previous owner daily weather permitting. It has been gone over and is mechanically great! It hits the road smooth and tight. It has recently had new exhaust brakes tires (tires have approx. 80% tread remaining)hubs springsand tune up. I would not be afraid to jump in this truck and go anywhere! It has a 350 engine sounds and runs great doesn't smoke NO problems. Was told the engine was rebuilt couple of years ago and has approx. 18k miles on it?? The transmission shifts excellent NO problems

It is equipped with the following optionsCST pkg. Camper special pkg, ower steering, ower drum brakes, achometer and gauges, ftermarket working am/fm/ stereo with aux jack, ow pkg,and factory a/c ( The a/c does not work and is missing the compressor and misc components) The reverse lights, /c and tachometer does not work other than that all gauges lights, ignals, orn 4X4 etc work properly.

The interior appears to be all original and shows its age and is dirty and worn.

This truck appears to have been repainted years ago in its original color. The floors, rame, ed etc are very solid The truck has rust in the driver side rocker panel (needs rocker replaced) and rust in the bottom of the front drivers side fender. (See pics) Other than that everywhere else is as solid as I've seen. You can see in the undercarriage pics no undercoating to hide anything It IS SOLID!!!

This is a truck you can take delivery of and enjoy as it is and restore it later. If you want a show truck it will need to be restored. The paint is old weathered and worn chips scratches etc. The passenger side mirror is cracked. You can find a nicer truck out there for A LOT more $$ butI don't think you'll find a better one!
