1964 BSA A65 Lightning 650 motorcycle - Great Restoration project or Cafe Racer

BSA 650 Lightning motorcycle 1964. The bike has been in dry storage for many years and is basically complete. The wiring needs work, as tank and Carbs need to be cleaned / overhauled as the fuel is old. The engine turns over and has good compression, lutch and gears appear to operate fine. Front brake and throttle cable needs freeing up. The seat is definitely not original, ossibly the handlebars too but I'm not really sure. Wheels are serviceable but has rust pitting on the chrome, he exhausts and fenders have light pitting but are serviceable for a daily rider. All in all the bike looks fair and a great basis for a winter restoration project. No Title but I will provide a notarized Bill of Sale.
