Description

This is a 1961 Harley Davidson Topper that is complete. The motor is tight but I filled the cylinder with penetrating oil in hopes that new owner can free it up. It has the "AH" engine which I am told is the high horsepower performance model. It is complete and would make an excellent restoration project. This item needs to be picked up in Carlisle. PA or make other arrangements to have it shipped. No title but will provide bill of sale.
