82 yamaha xs650 needs work *NO TITLE* clean vin

I'm selling a 82 xs650 I got from a buddy. I do not have the title nor did he. I did run the vin # and it is clear. It isn't currently running. I'm unsure of mileage. The carbs are rebuilt and put on the bike. Needs the throttle cable hooked up, hoke cable hooked up, uel line, xhaust needs installed,air filters, he rear tire is on the rim but the bead needs set. needs a battery. These are the things I know need fixed and to my knowledge that is all. I cannot guarantee that there isn't more work required. The tires are both in good shape. there ishalf dollar sized dent in the tank (pictured) and someone did some very crappy welding on theseat mount (pictured)and rear fender mounts.I'm also including a box of parts which has most of the stock parts (lights, peedo, procket, arious brackets and bolts) I have the exhaust one side is already on the bike. I also have the throttle and choke cables that are already on the bike. I don't know much about motorcycles, lease feel free to ask me any questions I will do the best I can. Im located in sanborn ny. I will not cover the costs of shipping. I can assist in loading the bike and I will work with a vehicle shipper if you hire one. The bike is being sold as is.
