1980 Yamaha XS650G, 1,898 miles
This bike has the classic "rounded off" style head
I took this bike down to the frame
Cleared off any unneeded brackets, abs, tc......
Removed the center stand and rear foot pegs
Shortened the rear seat loop (frame loop) by about 2"
Sandblasted, owder coated frame / swing arm (Satin black)
Painted, lear coated the motor.
Painted, lear coated the rims.
New tubes and tires, Fr.100/90-19 57H R. 130/90-16 67H
New seat pan and seat
New battery
New handlebars
New braided stainless front brake line.
New hand controls (start, urn signals, tc...)
New levers
New mirrors
New clutch cable
New brake light
New turn signals
New charging system carbon brushes (THIS MODEL,YEAR,STYLE BIKE DOES NOT USE POINTS)
New mufflers
New air filter pods
Had the carbs ultrasonic cleaned
Fuel tank sealed internally
