Finished in Classic British Racing Green with Tan soft top and Saddle leather with Green contrast piping. Fitted with it's matching numbers 4. 2 liter engine rebuilt to an incredibly high standard offering exhilarating reliable performance and a drive unlike any other XKE we have driven. This is a NO EXPENSE spared rebuild and upgrade of a Series 1 1/4 Roadster by a marque specialist. The last iteration of the most desirable Series 1. it retains it's dash board toggle switches and above bumper tail lights but is the first of the XKE's to utilize open headlamps. VIN # J67 1E15846 still retains it's original matching numbers engine 7E13897-9. Driven just 9. 58 miles since this re-manufacture. improvements include a close ratio Vicarage 5-speed manual racing transmission. upgraded aluminum radiator with upgraded fan.
