2006 Acura RSX Automatic Needs Nothing. 17" Drag Wheels Great Stereo Navigation

This is a fantastic car and needs absolutely nothing. I have taken great care of it as I intended to hold on to it for much longer (see below for all the preventative maintenance I've performed in the past 6 months). I am now moving to the city to go back to school and do not need a car.
Specific Notes on Condition:
Operation/Drive train

• Nearly new tires (replaced at 108,447 miles). Tires are Nexen CP672 rated and warrantied to 70,000 miles
• Nearly new shocks (replaced at 108,447 miles)
• Brand new headlights (bulbs and housing) (replaced at 111,872 miles). I had aftermarket HID's in the car but they were unreliable so I just recently replaced them with OEM parts, ust like stock.
• New driver side door lock actuator(replaced at 111,872 miles). This is a common part failure on RSX's, just had it fixed so you should be good to go for quite some time!
• 100,000 mile service was performed at 104,393 miles, eplacing fluids, ilters, nd spark plugs.
• The only engine modification that this car has is an INJEN air intake that has been working reliably for 60,000+ miles.

Exterior Condition

• The paint looks great from 5 feet away but has some small dings near the bumpers and fenders. I will include a touch-up paint kit.
• This car used to have an A-spec type spoiler on the back of it, ut I took it off and plugged the holes with aluminum caps. They sit almost flush so it's hard to see them unless you are up close. On the plus side, f you want a spoiler it should be very easy to install as you will not have to re-drill the trunk deck.
• The wheels on this car are Drag Wheels DR31. They DO have some normal curb rash from parallel parking but otherwise the paint is in great condition. Please see pictures.

Interior Condition

• Tear in driver's side seat back the size of two quarters (see picture). This tear has not gotten any larger in several years.
• Tear in dash plastic covering to the right of the console (see picture). You may be able to glue and repair this to make it even less noticeable than it is currently. You can't see it from the driver's seat so it never really bothered me.

Please ask me any questions about this car that I have not addressed. I've had it regularly maintained by one of the most trustworthy shops in the area and I will include all the maintenance records.
Last but not least, ne of the best parts about this car is the stereo, hich comes included. Here are the components:

• JVC KW-NT1 6.1" touchscreen headunit with bluetooth and navigation (originally $899). My favorite part about this unit is that your iPhone plugs right in via USB and starts playing music automatically (as well as charging your phone). You can adjust the track either on the iPhone or on the touchscreen.
• Polk Audio speakers front and rear
• JBL GTO-5355 660W 5-channel amp (driving the four speakers and the sub)
• 12" Eclipse DVC-8122 aluminium cone subwoofer with custom fiberglass enclosure designed to fit in the back left of the car. Currently the subwoofer is not permanently installed, o you can take it out if you need the extra space for a trip. This is a very high quality sub and I have it adjusted to blend with the stereo nicely.
