2008 Acura MDX Tech Package, 64,500 miles, Power Tailgate, Rear Camera

MUST SELL! Technology Package with power tailgate, avigation system, ackup camera. Low mileage, xcellent condition,no accident, ery clean. One owner. Always garaged. OBO.
We are moving overseas and must sell the car. It's a family car and my work is close to home so the mileage is quite low. It's always parked in the garage when not in use so the car paint is still quite fresh and interior is very clean. Engine compartment has been cleaned regularly. Replaced new tires at 44,000 miles in Nov. 2012 and new brakes last year at 54,000 miles. Just completed mechanical check and four wheel alignment in May 2015. Registration is good until June 2016. No major repair since we purchased this new car.
The only main service so far is the replacement of a faulty module used to control speech recognition and seat memory. Regular maintenance records from Acura dealership are on file. No major accident and not even any minor collision with any car. The rear bumper has some scratches due to the loading and unloading of things in the trunk, hich is normal. There is a crease above the right rear tire which you can hardly see it in the photos. I ran into a parking post in the dark one night.
