REASON FOR REBUILT TITLE

Now for the history of this car, his car was involved in a rear hit. The Trunk door was needed to be replaced and a few parts. Because it was parked in an area where rain water got high during the rainy season, ater seeped inside the car thru door jams.

Water did not damage anything in the car. Inside the car we simply had the car detailed and ready for sale. There was absolutely no water in the engine or transmission.

When we received the car from Insurance Company, he carpet was already dry. There was no smell of any kind. Also, lease note that it was just fresh water and not salt water.

This car has already been serviced; all fluids have been checked. Engine has been serviced.

This car currently has Salvage Title but we can get you a Rebuilt title if you choose so. Rebuilt title takes about 3-4 weeks.

You will get 60 day temporary tag regardless of which option you choose.

With rebuilt title, o further inspections are required and a vehicle can be registered just like any other car without any additional paperwork or inspection in most of the States. We recommend that you check with your state for any specific additional requirements if any.

WHAT DOES REBUILT OR SALVAGE TITLE MEANS

Many people are not familiar with the Salvage or Rebuilt title, elow is a brief explanation of the "Salvage verses Rebuilt Title" terminology:

Salvage title basically means that the insurance company decided not to fix the car and paid off the owner. By declaring a car "Total Loss”, nsurance Company is taking themselves out of any liability issues in the future. Does that means the car is totaled? Not always.

Sometimes the car has minor damage but the parts are very expensive. Sometimes the owner does not want to get the vehicle repaired and depending on the Insurance Company and the year of the car, nsurance will pay off the owner.

If the car gets stolen then Insurance has thirty days to recover the vehicle, f the car is not recovered in thirty days, nsurance pays off the owner and once the car is recovered, t is brought to the auction as a Total Loss vehicle even if it did not have any damage on it.

We have bought 'Total Loss" cars from Insurance companies with door dings, xtremely minor fender bender, nd theft recovered vehicles with absolutely no damage.

In brief Total Loss does not always mean that the car was in a bad wreck or had extensive damage. We do not buy or sell anything with major damage.

Now for Rebuilt title, nce the repairs are completed, ar is inspected by state for all repairs and a Rebuilt Title is issued, hich means that the new owner will not have to get any inspection done to get the car back on the road. It saves a lot of trouble for buyers as they don’t have to get the car inspected or fill out any extra paper work as is the case with Salvage title.
