Acura RSX 2006 Base 2 Door Coupe Red 2.0L 115k Miles ONLY

Up for sale is my 2006 Acura RSX red base coupe model.
The car has only had 1 owner (myself) and only 115,161 miles. I've had the car checked by a mechanic and Carmax this week and even they were impressed by how mechanically sound the car is meaning there is no problems with the engine, ransmission, nd any other mechanical function.
Only things that need some work on the car is it needs to be repainted as the roof, runk, nd fender area's paint job is sun damaged. The driver's side window's rubber seal is also cracked due to sun damage and the rubber grommet on the passenger side door is falling off. This can be re-pushed in. Lastly the A/C blows air but does not blow cold air so it may just simply need more coolant possibly.
Only modification to the car is the upgraded custom stereo done in 2010 which has bluetooth, SB, D player, nd a mic for handsfree voice talking.
