The exterior in in very good condition with no significant dents or dings. Carfax shows no accident history, and all of the body panels are original (you can see pictures of all of the VIN stickers at the end of the photo gallery).

Please note: the top surfaces of the car have recently been repainted due to fading from the Florida sun. The paint on the sides of the car is original.

Exterior features include alloy wheels.

The interior is in very good condition. No big rips or tears in the leather seats, nd the dash and door panels are nice as well. There's a little minor leather wear in a couple of spots, ut it is FAR nicer than the typical 2003 vehicle.

The front seats have power controls, nd the driver's seat also has memory.
Both front seats are also heated.

The rear seats are very nice as well.

Rear passengers have their own storage console, nd there is a pass-thru to the trunk.

This Acura comes with power windows, locks and mirrors; auto climate control; tilt wheel,cruise control; AM/FM/CD Changer stereo and more.

The automatic transmission has a sequential manual shift mode.

Safety features include dual air bags, BS and Traction Control.

There is also a power glass moonroof, nd auto-dimming rearview mirror and a
HomeLink gate / garage opener.

The trunk has plenty of storage space.

The 3.2 liter motor runs strong and smooth, ated at 225 hp and 216 lb-ft of torque. Honda's VTEC motors are legendary for combining performance and reliability. Keep up with the oil changes, nd this V6 will run for many, many more thousands of miles.

The tires have good tread remaining.

We are a licensed and bonded auto dealer in Florida.

Please read my description and all other information completely and view all the pictures carefully before you bid on this auction to ensure you are knowledgeable about the vehicle you are bidding on. The vehicle description above is for informational and narrative purposes only. We have made a diligent effort to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible, ut we do not guarantee the accuracy of the description. All of our vehicles are available for inspection and test drive, nd we encourage you to do so. When buying a used car, ne should expect a certain amount of wear, se and flaws that one would not expect from buying a new car. A vehicle that is 8 years old will show more wear than one that is 3 years old. etc, tc...ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS IS .

Vehicles with remaining warranty must be handled between purchaser and new car dealer. We occasionally buy our cars from new car dealers, nd in rare cases the dealer has to make a payoff to a finance company and wait for the title, hich could be delayed up to 15 days. Please note that if the vehicle is from outside of Florida, his can take up to 30 days.
We are a dealer, nd all vehicles are for sale to the public. We therefore reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed back.

Venue for any legal action such as claims, otions, litigation, ettlements, r any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or seller is to take place in the State of Florida in Broward County. Payment and Fees

We will add a $199 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, e reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee.

If you are seeking financing, lease be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements so please take care of them before bidding.
You may pay the purchase price in cash, ith a cashiers or certified check or wire transfer. If you are the winner, $500 deposit within 24 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. Final payment is expected within 72 hours (3 days) of auction's end. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, lease do not bid

If you are a Florida resident, ou will be required to pay Florida's 6% sales tax and registration fees.

If you are not a Florida resident, nd you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, ou will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, ou will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, e will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, e will not charge you any sales tax (however, ou will have to pay your state's tax at home).
