This vehicle was purchased new by the City of Champaign and used by the Police Department. The vehicle currently has 88,107 miles, 510 hours & was removed from service in January 2016 as part of our normal vehicle rotation cycle. The vehicle appears to drive well with no apparent issues present. The tires have approximately 30 - 40% tread remaining on the tires. A jack is included with the vehicle, ut not a spare tire. The vehicle’s left turn signal is blinking fast. It has been determined the lighting control module will need to be replaced on this vehicle.

The exterior is in fair condition. The right front portion of the bumper shows some minor damage & scrapes below the headlight assembly. There is condensation present in both head light assemblies. There are a few light scratches present on the hood. The driver door & door molding has some minor dings & scratches present. The driver side rear door has some minor dings & scratches present. There are four (4) plugged & sealed holes present on the roof from where emergency equipment (light bar & antennas) were previously mounted. There are also some chips & sealed screw holes present in the edge of the roof from where the light bar was previously mounted to the vehicle. There are some minor, ight scratches present in the driver side rear quarter panel. The trunk has one (1) plugged & sealed hole present. There are multiple nicks & scratches present on the rear bumper, ncluding one large scrape mark on the driver side corner. There are some light scratches present on the passenger side rear quarter panel. The passenger side rear door & door molding has dings & scratches present. There passenger side front door & door molding also has dings & scratches present.

The interior is in fair condition. There is one small screw hole present on the dash to the right of the steering column. There are four (4) small screw holes & two (2) cuts present in the floor between the two front seats from where the police console was previously mounted. There are 2 rectangular cutouts in the b-pillar trim from where the center prisoner cage was previously mounted. The backs of both front seatbacks have some small rectangular indentations/tears from the seat rubbing against the prisoner cage when installed. The front dome light lens is cracked & the dome light is not working. The rear dome light is also not working.

This vehicle was serviced on a 120-day preventive maintenance cycle. It was last serviced in May 2015, t 85,747 miles. Other repairs to this vehicle include the following items. This vehicle can be viewed between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., onday through Friday, xcluding national holidays, t the City of Champaign Public Works Department, 02 Edgebrook Drive, hampaign, llinois. The vehicle must be picked up between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., onday through Friday at the same location.
