This is a very nice 2015 Acura MDX SH-AWD with Technology Package with a great color combination of metallic green with tan leather interior. This is a one owner, on smoker car that runs great. Successful "winning" bidder must contact us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. Within (5) business days of the end of auction, ull payment must be received either by cash payment, ashiers-check, r certified funds. Terms & Conditions:

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Winning bid price does not include any title, ax or applicable fees. There is a $150 processing fee and .002 Richmond City Business Tax that will be added to every deal. You will receive 30 day VA. temporary tags and registration upon proper insurance verification. This vehicle is up for sale on the lot as well and if it is sold then we reserve the right to remove eBay listing without warning.
Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Virginia Car And Truck, LC within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder
We require a $250 deposit upon auction ending via credit card. If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, e reserve the right to re-list the vehicle. THIS VEHICLE IS BEING SOLD "AS-IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY FROM Virginia Car and Truck LLC. The balance of manufacturer warranty may still apply if active.
