Acura TL 2006 ***Fully Loaded*** 1 Owner

You're bidding on the used, very well maintained and up-kept, Acura TL 2006. The car has normal wear and tear, few minor scratches, one small dent on the hood and one ding on the rear driver side quarter panel. I have included pics for all these things. The interior is very clean and in great condition. The car was serviced at Acura Dealer most of the time. It has new (NOT REBUILT) transmission ($5,400 value), put in at 131,247 miles that's still under warranty, new rear break pads, disks and calipers, new starter and new battery installed on 8/26/2016. Everything in the vehicle operates as per design. One owner, clean title in hand, non-smoker and mostly a highway driven car that runs great.

In regards to the two accidents reported in the AutoCheck, please read the details below.

On 01/24/2008 I was stuck in traffic on I-94 southbound in Chicago when I was rear-ended in stop and go traffic (fortunately travel speed rate of the car behind me was very slow) and as a result the rear bumper cracked. There was 10" crack, however, no damage underneath. The rear bumper was replaced by Acura.

05/20/2009 - I slightly struck pedestrian when pulling out of parking lot at the local dinner. No damage to the car, however, the police was called and report was filed because pedestrian twisted her ankle and couldn't walk.
