1964 Nissan Patrol L60... This is a great example of the Patrol series... a little background, ack in the 60's the Nissan Patrol was brought to the U.S from 62-69 and only importing 2500 or so of them. Not many examples of this vehicle are out there in this condition. They were twice as much money as the FJ40 which hindered sales over those years, owever they have been very popular on other continents for years and still make them today. Also, he metal they used was better than the FJ40 as well, hich is why they were more expensive.
This 64 lived most of its life in Arizona and is 98% rust free. There is surface rust however the floor boards and major ares are in great shape. It does start right up and does drive and I do have video of that. I does have a clear title and Im selling because I already have one in the build process. This one needs to go to a good home that will restore it or build it out to be a very eye catching vehicle. If this was and FJ40 I would be asking a lot more money for it, owever in my opinion this is a better starting piece than you would get with most Fj's out there.
It does need a new brake line put in. It needs the front seats recovered, owever the foam is still great. The rear seats are in perfect shape. The roof had carpet put in it from one of the previous owners... I have removed it from the driver section of the cab where the sunroof is, et the rear area still has it. It has a broken tail light in the bumper, owever I would remove front and rear bumpers and put something different on it. Due to the Arizona summers and weather the seals in the vehicle need to be replaced around the doors etc.
The dash still has the attached removable light still in great shape which is normally broke in these. I love this one, ust dont need two of them. If you have any questions please dont hesitate. Thank you for looking and bidding!
