European Motor Studio is proud to offer this beautiful 1973 Alfa Romeo GTV 2000 finished in a very striking and unusual shade of Aborigine over Tan. This GTV left the Turin factory in July of 1973 and was sold new in the United States where it has remained ever since. The car is fresh out of a long term CA ownership with documentation dating back to Santa Barbara from the early 1990’s. The very unusual and striking Aborigine paint color is in gorgeous condition with almost no flaws to anywhere on the car. Recently painted, t retains a very deep luster and shine and was completely stripped to be applied to the car. The body is beautiful and straight and free from any damage or rust. The undercarriage is beautiful and free from any damage or signs of major repairs. The interior shows beautifully with minimal wear to any of the seat surfaces or carpets. The dash is in excellent condition free from any damage or cracking. All of the original gauges appear to be original and in nice condition. The engine has been rebuilt by a specialist and is in excellent running and driving condition. The car starts right up and idles smoothly and pulls very strong through all 5 gears. The gearbox is smooth and free from any known issues and the clutch operates smooth and is free of any slipping or grinding. There is no smoke under start up or acceleration and there does not appear to be any major fluid leaks of any kind. The suspension and steering components have been re-built or replaced and feel nice and tight, ree from any issues. All of the electronics in the car are operating as designed, ncluding all of the interior lights and exterior lights, urn signals, rake lights and reverse lights. Accompanied with this GTV is the original owner handbook, hop manual and warranty/service booklet with original dealer stampings and signatures for service, riginal tool kit and spare on the original Michelin tire. Service records are also present dating back to the 1990’s. This is a beautiful late Alfa Romeo GTV 2000 that has been exceptionally well maintained and cared for by its enthusiast owner with recent mechanical and cosmetic restoration.
