1988 Alfa Romeo Spider Graduate was one of my first cars. 25 years later, this car seems much smaller than I remember or I have just gotten bigger! I just purchased this car in May and have decided to look for something bigger. The previous owner had just completed this work: New top New upholstery New carpet (latch system replacement carpet) New Radiator New Cylinder Head Distributor New Front Disc Brakes New soft top boot cover I just completed this work: New calipers New emergency brake New license plate light bracket New tension rods for trunk (not installed) New trunk emblem (not installed) Also included are the shop manual and repro owners manual I have noticed no leaks from the car. The transmission seems to be fine also. Items not working are the tachometer, the gas gauge works sometimes, and there seems to be an issue with the nighttime driving lights on the rear drivers side (bulbs changed). The exhaust appears relatively new and gives it a throaty Ferrari sound. Wheels appear to be from a more vintage year of Spider or other Alfa. This car is far from perfect and is priced accordingly. There is some minor rust that I have found, most notably above the rear driver side wheel. There is also a small rock chip in the windshield. The car also has small dings throughout. It appears the paint has been updated or glossed at some point. If you have the knowhow to restore these cars, this will be a fun project and is priced with no reserve. Deposit is non-refundable. Vehicle is sold as-is and has no warranty.
