I purchased this vehicle from my wife's uncle's estate over a decade ago and have stored in a garage for that period. He originally purchased the car when he was in Italy studying and working as an architect in the 1960's. He thoroughly restored it spending lavishly in the late 1990's. The car won awards and compliments from everyone who looked at it. He traveled to leather tanners in Italy so he could make sure the product was up to his standards for the interior. The paintwork is beautiful however there are three small areas in need of repair which I was going to have refinished this winter for an estimate of $2500 but due to all the snow this winter. I did not want to take it out of the garage and drive it in salt or snow. (The selling price reflects this). Since I have owned it. I have driven it regularly but have added very little mileage to the car. It was recently tuned. the carburators were cleaned. and the fuel pump was replaced. The tires and wheels are beautiful. I have assorted manuals. jack. lug wrench. There is a also beautiful Beverly Hills soft canvas cover for it. I love driving the car on the highway where it performs beautifully with tons of low end torque. The exhaust was replaced a few years ago and it has a great sound to it. I google this car model from time to time and there are not many of them that come up for sale. They are almost always much more money and/or in much worse condition. According to Hagerty's this car is valued up to $64. 00 in concourse condition. This car is certainly in excellent condition. With Alfa Romeo making their intro into the American market. I have noticed many of these older cars increasing in value.
