2007 4x4 LTZ TAHOE Rare Color

It has come time to place up for sale our beloved 2007 Tahoe....
She has been a stellar vehicle since purchased in 2009 from the original owner, hich speical ordered the vehicle.
Every Single option... literally, very single one in 2007. Including the BERMUDA BLUE Color, hich GM only offered for this year, s it was very expensive to Paint (multistage) kinda like House of Colors Chameleon (it varies with the sunlight, any compliments over the years).
4x4, ower everything including second row Heated Captains Seats, AV, ear TV/DVD with headset and remote which all work, ower lift gate, hird row which looks new as they have rarely been used.
Vehicle had extended warranty till 100,000 miles, nd was dealer serviced its entire life. Aside from its early beginning in Virginia with its original owner, he has been a southern vehicle, we lived in GA when we purchased).
Has new top of the line Gel Battery, ew windshield, nd fresh detail.
Has had full coverage vinyl floormats front to rear since new, o carpet underneath looks NEW, s well as a steering wheel cover, o leather is fresh, o wear marks.
She also has a custom Lexani Stainless Grille with lower accents that the original owner installed, long with a Green Filter cold air kit, hat I just had warrantied out, o the element is brand new, lso has a full cat-back stainless MagnaFlow muffler with polished tip... looks factory, ut has a smooth mellow sound enhancement, lus a little extra power.
Have all documentation including original window sticker ($64,xxx+)
Yes, he does have a few scratches, nd nicks, ut overall very clean for her age, ell-maintained, nd low miles. Could use tires in the next 5,000 miles or so.
I have bought and sold vehicles of my own, or family, nd friends across the country, nd even to Canada, o I can pick you up at the airport, r help load with a shipper.... or if you are local, ome see her, ou will be impressed. This has been our family vehicle since 2009, nd we just purchased a replacement, o she needs to get out of the garage.
