1969 AMC AMX Go Pak, 390/727

1969 AMX GO PAK WITH 727 TORQUE FLITE Condition: I purchased the car in 2004 in New Castle. California. Condition of the car is fair. The auto body shop who completed the work did not do a good job. Has a few flaws in the body. While storing the car in the garage. some boxes fell upon the car doing a little damage as well. Pictures are attachedExterior: All bumpers. tail light housings. quarter window lower trim rechromed. Center reflector panel new. New grill. New head lights ( not original style)have all the badges. Quarter panel rings are from a 1970 AMX. New weather striping. Have all the stainless trim less (1) quarter window piece. No windshield wiper arms. Rear glass and quarter windows tinted. Door lock for passenger door needs fixing. can not use key to lock the door. Some minimal body work required prior to repainting vehicle. Tires are BF Goodrich 50 Series. original rims that have been painted. with after market S/S beauty rings. I have the exterior trunk key and lock. Was going to make a "Pop" trunk. The side view mirrors are both remote. and are from a 1974 Torino. I have the original fluted mirror. The trunk area has a fiberglass trunk with spoiler and quarter extensions. The trunk spoiler kit was offered back in 1970 by two companies. I have never seen this kit on any AMX. The hinge springs were removed so the trunk would close properly. I have an extra set of quarter panel extensions and tail light housings in good condition. Interior: New carpet. ABS headliner. door panels ( Not Original Style). Seats are from a 1995 GMC Jimmy /recline/drivers side seat electric. both seats heated. Chromed the center console wood grain and door handles. replaced the door locks with chrome ones. Hooded dash. tilt column. incorporated gauges in the center crash pad. right dash crash pad has minor flaw. AM FM CD component stereo system w/ USB memory stick and 600 Watt Amp in the trunk. Has ready to hook up monster cables for subwoofer installed. New door thresholds. New RPM gauge. Clock is there but does not work. Edelbrock ceramic coated shorty headers. Edelbrock air gap intake with 750 carb (no choke). Fabricated a corvette snorkel type air cleaner to a trans am snorkel scoop for ram air affect. Ignition 55. 00. 00 Mallory. New water pimp. radiator/shroud. Suspension/Brakes: Replaced all bushings less the control arm bushings. New koni shocks. front disc brakes are not the AMX type (4) caliper. I opted out and installed single caliper 74 javelin/hornet disc brakes. The AMX calipers leaked all the time. Steering box new seals. power steering pump rebuilt. rebuilt brake power booster and master cylinder. new brakes. New S/S front brake supply lines. Drive train: 727 Torque Flite Auto. Twin Grip Dana 20 posi rear end. Unknown gear specs. but they are low. Other items: The A/C pump. pulley rebuilt and lines are new. I custom fabricated the A/C lines to be tucked away and not over the motor. The pulley has failed requiring replacement. New blower fan motor. New battery and cables with 100 amp single wire alternator. Exhaust 2 1/2" with Flowmasters "H" cross exhaust and 3" chrome tips. RESERVE is $11. 00. 00. All the hard work has been done.
