1967 Beetle "Trail Rider" -- Just built. One of the finest on the road

This is a wonderfully built Class 11 “Trail Rider” in impeccable condition.

I’ve been building vintage BMW motorcycles and Porches for many years. This Beetle is a very, ery clean and well-built car. I believe every nut and bolt on this car has been touched during the complete restoration and build.

This is a California car with ZERO rust. Still wears its original black plates.

The car has just under 3,000 miles on the build.

This car has been built from the ground up with virtually new everything.

As a classic car and motorcycle guy, can attest to the cars condition as A+.

Volkswagen: beetle class 11 trail rider. This is my 1967 no rust bug with 3k miles on a 2015 build. It runs, hifts and drives great and needs nothing. I built the car to take off road but I cannot bring myself to take her off-road, o I am going to build another that will not be so nice.

Engine:

Pro built 1641 dual relief

Built with all new parts as follows:

*Dual Port

*Dual Kardon

*Dog house

*electric remote oil cooler with 180* thermostat with oil filter

*009 Bosch distributor, tock German exhaust and just had valves adjusted with oil change.

Transaxle:

*Rancho stock 002 [very low geared} bug nose to fit in the tunnel

* 930 cv joints and axels with mini max boots, il just changed, ene Berg rear rubber mount and front strap.

Suspension:

*Converted to IRS with adjustable spring plates and stops at 21’

*New torsion bars

*VW rubber bushings

*Bilstein rear shocks

*3" front offset spindles with new tire rod ends and offset eccentrics.

the Exterior:

*One of a kind Matte Green Imron pain (brand new)

*All chrome painted matte black, aint has a few chips and small dings (see pictures for close ups)

* Pop out side windows

*All VW glass except windshield

*Rear LED lights

*Front halogen headlights

* Louvers in deck lid

*BF Goodrich KMZ mud terrain ta lt215/75/r15 on vw 5 lug rims with no adaptors

* All new rubber from doors, indshield, eal, tc.

Interior:

*3 layers of soundproofing (very quiet ride)

All new interior

*Stock seat redone, ew door panels, arpet, eadliner, everything is new)

Seat belts, ocks and windows work great. Stock FM radio does not work.

Even the windshield “squirters” work!

Extras: all the left over parts go with bug and a tow bar with lights and enough paint to paint the bug again.

This is one of the cleanest, ell-built bugs you will see for some time.

From the new Halogen headlights, o the new interior, ew motor, ew brakes, ransmission, lutch, ires, ims, aint, ompletely new interior to the LED tail lights… You could not build this car for twice the reserve. Now is your chance to get a true show car that is appreciating in value every day.
