2003 Audi A4 Base Sedan 4-Door 1.8L

I'm Looking to sell my 2003 Audi A4 Quattro. I recently picked up a new car and no longer drive this. I am the second owner and I bouught this car in 2010 from a older gentlemen and it had 35k miles on it when I bought it.
in 2013 I was driving and the motor lost oil pressure due to sludge issue, otor was rebuilt by well known audi engine builder with all new parts

S4 clutch with light weight flywheel
A/f gauge with boost needs new o2 sensor
Miltech exhaust 3 down pipe open
Jmh shifter with Delrin bushing
034 solid engine mounts
Apexi turbo timer
Bosch 044 fuel pump with billet holder 034 Motorsport
Cry co2 bottleinstalled but not hooked up
Egr deleted as long with all emissions components
have the receipts for the engine work

H/R sway bars
Stoptech big brake kit front with less then 5k on pads and rotors
Stoptech rear pads and rotors not even put on car yet

Boost gauges A/f gauge
Pioneer touchscreen head unit with nav

Notes:
Vehicle is daily driven everyday has scratches on paint as
Has engine light on for no cat
Has no A/C currently I believe it's the low side line leaking
