2006 Audi A8 Quattro

Oyster Grey with Amaretto Leather. Clean title, araged kept its entire life. Maintained at local Audi dealer and specialty shops. 2nd owner, o accidents, lean title and Carfax. Current on all service and oil changes. Super smooth powerful and responsive engine and trans. Fully transferable aftermarket warranty valid until 10/17/16. Car was just inspected by Audi, ront brakes were done middle of last year. Brand new upper control arms, ront axle (CV boot was open,) brand new Cooper Zeon RS3-A tires with about 1500 miles on them. New xenon bulbs installed in November by Audi. Just updated to the latest 4610 MMI software. Air suspension was serviced right before I bought it. Audi mentioned that the timing chain and water pump were done by the previous owner. Car gets anywhere from 24-30mpg on the highway, reat road warrior car. So smooth and comfortable!
What needs to be done: Small leak in the radiator, ou can smell coolant. It's not leaking any fluids on the driveway, o not sure how severe. It's also not overheating, r going through any noticeable amount in the reservoir. Has a couple imperfections with the paint, ut nothing too major. Lower control arms will need to be done sometime in the near future. Driver door soft close isn't working. You can hear the motor engage once the door is already closed. Not sure if it's just a sensor issue, ut that's a recent development. Otherwise it just needs an alignment (due to the control arm work) and it's ready to go. I've fixed any and all problems that I've come across with it, nd have the paperwork to back it up...
