2008 Audi TT - Clean & Well Maintained

Ive owned this TT for 1 year and have put about about 10,000 miles on her.
Upon purchasing I dropped it off at TheAudiShop in Wilmington and had them fully inspect the car. At that time they changed all fluids & belts. I have receipts for that work as well as the two more oil changes that have been done. The oil was actually just changed this week(08/31/15) so you will be driving away with fresh oil as well as atleast a half a tank of premium fuel. The tires & brake pads are good with about 75% life left in them.
Enough about the maintenance though... This car is beautifull and has served my wife & I well as our 2015 beach cruiser. Also my wife drives it to work daily except once a week when I fold the rear seats down to load up my mountainbike for a ride in WhiteClayCreek park.
Why are we selling? Well the initial purchase was sort of an experiment for us. You see it was hard to convince my wife that a little sporty car like the TT would work for us. At the time I was searching for one I couldnt justify spending more money on a newer & lower mileage one(over $25K) so I told my wife that if i could find an older higher mileage one for a good deal around 15K that i would pull the trigger so we could give it a shot. Now that we have driven one for a full year through a winter & summer she is more than convinced that this is an awesome car.
The most surprising thing to us is how much cargo you can fit in the rear hatch area with the rear seats folded down. This allows us to pursue any adventure that would typically require an SUV.
Ive taken it up north with a couple pairs of skis & boots for a ski trip.
Regularly load up all of my mountainbike gear (without having to use one of those silly exterior carriers).
And almost every weekend this summer we have taken it down to the beach loaded up with everything needed for a weekend.
So we are currently searching for a newer 2010-2012 lower mileage version in the color my wife likes best, hite. and also looking for a manual transmission as that is what I would like.
