2011 Audi R8 V10 Spyder - 6-SPD Manual Sepang Blue - Low Miles & Mint Condition

Hello, am the 2nd owner of this amazing vehicle. The first owner traded it in dec '14 for a BMW i8.. It has been a garage queen it's entire life and I have kept it up to those standards. When I picked up the vehicle it was flawless @ 3,090 miles and still is in the same great condition. It has been a local car built by Brian Harris Audi, aton Rouge, A, old locally - serviced at Brian Harris Audi and traded at the sister store inthe same complex Brian Harris BMW on the new i8.
I've only driven the vehicle sparingly and have added 50% to the total mileage! It begs to be driven and is a great road car. I've driven it only on nice days & don't drive it if it's rained in the last 24-36 hrs. Most of my miles were going to get tags, pel, xhaust install, asic stuff w/ 2 wkd trips an hour away.
Added: Full Xpel clear bra on the front nose, enders, umper, oors. I had the emblems removed and the install done & then added the emblems back on to give a flawless look to the car. $2k-GMG Exhaust- This really transforms the vehicle and opens up the V10. Retail $5,200- It is truly a work of art and everyone loves it who has it. That says ALOT! Loses about 40-50 lbs over stock exhaust. Also included with the vehicle if desired.-Extended Warranty- Bought at Audi New Orleans I added a 6yr/72k mile warranty. Zero- $0- deductible. Transferable

Condition: MINT. I can see 1 or 2 spots/ pixel size on the nose before I added the clear bra. everything else is so clean on this car. On the photo shoot I pulled it out of the garage and went and took the photos- no prep work, t stays and always has been this clean in my care. I only add 100% non-ethanol fuel.
History: NONE
Attention to Vehicle: This vehicle has had serious $$$ spent keeping it inpristine condition. There is a swissvax sticker on theinside door panel.
PPI: I'm happy forsomeone to have it PPI at either Audi NOLA or Brian Harris. My tech is at Brian Harris and is on the R8talk forum so easy enough to track down and confirm what I'm telling you about this vehicle.
Title: I have a small lien through a bank that can transfer and release thetitle once payment is received. I'll get a payoff amount and instructions forthe lien to be paid to the bank & the balance to myself. If you would like to go through a dealer for financing/ trading a vehicle in against this car. It can be arraigned as well.
