We purchased this Audi in 2008 when our sons were younger and we needed a larger SUV for car-pooling. The Q7, nlike the Q5 or smaller Audi SUVs have a 3rd Row, nd seats 7.
Kids are old getting old enough to drive soon (gulp). Scaling down to a sedan to grow the fleet.
The car has been garagedexcept for the occasional summer nights. This is a great car for family trips or just around town. We took it to Lake Tahoe a few winters. It's nice to breeze by chain installation with All Wheel Drive (Quattro).
I just replaced the breaks with all new pads, otors, nd sensors. Have done it every 30K miles or so.
Serviced at Audi Dealer where we purchased it except for the occasional oil change (which was closer to where we live). Tires have 3500 miles on them since all 4 were replaced. 100K dealer service was performed recently (last six months). We have almost all of the service records including oil-change history. What we don't have, e could get from the Audi dealer where it was serviced.
It does have a scratch on the rear driver quarter panel where my son hit it learning to ride his bike. The rear passenger lower panel (near the exhaust also has a scratch). The car is mechanicallysound as Dad (me) is stickler for servicing his cars.
If you're looking for a great Audi that scored 5 Stars for safety, his is a good deal.
We also purchased the car with every possible option at the time of purchase.
