2012 Audi Q7 Premium Plus quattro, Supercharged 3.0L, Beautiful

This beautiful white Q7 quattro has been solely driven by my wife. She works an hour and a half from home, o mostly highway miles (23-24 MPG). Its a spectacular ride, ombining function, uxury and most important... safety. The interior is the hard to find, ut beautifully warm, ardamom Beige. We purchased Lloyds Custom plush carpet mats for all flooring areas so the factory carpet is very clean. Its never been smoked in, e have no pets and our kids are older. We've never been in an accident and we have it washed and hand waxed regularly. Its still under a factory warranty so everything is working perfectly. The warranty is non-transferable. (Its up at80K miles anyway).
My wife, ho's a bit of a perfectionist, eeps the full service and maintenance records in a binder. We always use synthetic oil and its changed at 5-6K, ot 10K. New tires were installed 10 months ago so they have 80% tread. Brakes were also done in the last year. It runs and drives perfectly. If you're looking for a very well cared for Q7, his is it.
Issues: There is a verylittle denton the driverside front fender. You can see it in the right light, ut its dime sized and did not crack the paint. A couple rims have some curb rash.
Cool Stuff: The Bluetooth audio feature is my favorite. Jump in and it automatically finds your phone and starts playing where it last left off without touching a button. You can navigate from the steering wheel and see the track info on the instrument cluster and the MMI navigation screen. Also the auto wipers are super handy. The engine is quick, ut with the full-time quattro drive system you know your always putting the power in the ground safely.
