2012 Audi TT RS

I am selling my 2012 Audi TT RS to make way for my new Jaguar F- Type. I am the original owner of this car and it has been maintained by my private fleet facility with the dealer performing all warranty work. The car is basically stock with the exception of an APR stage one tune which makes this ultra rare, ast sports car even more insanely fast with 410 hp and 447 ft. lbs of torque. The combination of excellent balance, he sport mode suspension and all wheel drive give excellent feedback and you can basically throw this car into the corners as hard as you like with neither oversteer nor understeer. The added horsepower and AWD combined with lightweight construction make this car a Vette killer at stoplights.
The car has been only driven by me, ever tracked (although I did purchase a set of Carbotech XP-8 brake pads I will include with the car). The wheels are perfect with no curb rash. A new set of BFG tires are about 2,000 miles old. The clutch was replaced by the dealer (under warranty) a few months ago. The front Brembo calipers and rotors were replaced about two years ago under the factory recall for excessive squealing. The dealer has just gone through the car and it is ready to be enjoyed.
This car is priced to sell and as you will find is probably them most reasonably priced one in the country right now (based on mileage and condition). If you know how rare these are and have always wanted to get one, his is the time.

UPDATE: I forgot to note that at the same time the clutch was replaced (3,000 miles ago) all 4 struts were also replaced under warranty (one was leaking and they did the right thing and replaced them all). I have the receipt from the dealer.

UPDATE: Several people have inquired as to the nature of the minor accident which appears on the Car Fax. Several days after I took delivery of the vehicle I was tapped in the back at a red light by another driver. The rear bumper cover and exhaust were damaged and replaced. I do NOT have pictures of the damage and checked with the body shop- they do not maintain archives of photos but I can product the receipt for the repairs.
