You are bidding on a very nice 1-owner 2009 GMC Yukon SLT with a full air bag suspension system on it. This SUV has only 44,209 miles on it. Carfax verifies the clean title and actual mileage on this one (click the CARFAX emblem below the pictures to see the entire report for free). It was owned by a lawyer in Florida that used a handicap scooter to get around. He had the Yukon lowered and the airbag suspension installed so that he was able to make it low enough to get in and out of. He could then inflate the system and drive away. The exterior of the unit is in great shape. The paint is very nice with only a few very minor rock chips and scratches to be found (look for the pictures with my fingers in them). I will have these touched-up before you take delivery. I found one small "door ding" on it ( again look at the pictures with my finger in them). The Bridgestone Dueler P275/55R20 inch tires have about 80% tread left on them. They are wearing evenly and smoothly. The carfax shows a rear accident. As you can imagine with someone hitting a lawyer, e had everything (rear bumper and rear hatch) replaced with new parts, ven though the damage was very minimal. I see absolutely no signs or any body work or any remaining damage. He simply made them replace everything that was scratched with brand new parts. The interior shows basically no wear at all. The leather is in great shape (this was kept in a garage both at work and at home). IT HAS NOT BEEN SMOKED IN. There is a very small crack in the plastic dash in front of the steering wheel (see picture with my finger in it). This is a typical GM issue and I see it on a lot of these. The SLT package gives you: quad bucket seats, emory driver's seat, ual power seats, ual heated seats, 0 inch chrome wheels, m/fm/cd/satt radio, ront and rear A/C and Heat and more. The lowering and air suspension was done by Enhanced Customs in Florida. They used the following: Accuair E-level Touchpad control system, iair 44442 Dual Compressor system, ual aluminum air tanks, edicated circuit breaker system, ustom swing-out plate (to allow ease of service on tanks and compressors) and UAS airbags and strut bags. The front strut bags are both less than a year old. Also, oth compressors and air tanks were changed out about 1 1/2 years ago. The previous owner was overly cautious about everything on this unit and kept it in as near perfect shape as he could. The system has the following features: It will automatically calibrate 3 different settings (you can look at the pictures I have posted to show all 3 different heights), utomatic leveling system, ully adjustable at all 4 corners and is constantly automatically adjusting as you drive. The entire set-up with installation and parts was close to $10,000.

I have had the vehicle inspected by a mechanic. He found it to be in good mechanical shape with only normal wear. I have had the filters, luids and belts all inspected and serviced as needed. As I said, he previous owner took amazing care of this Yukon. My mechanics found virtually nothing at all this unit needed. It has no leaks, o drips and idles smoothly. It shifts out solidly and smoothly with no issues. I then had a front-end shop inspect and service it. They found everything underneath in the front-end and suspension to be in great shape. We did a front-end alignment on it (I do them on every vehicle I sell). This Yukon has NO wobbles or shakes at 70 mph on the freeway. All the power and electronic equipment work like new. The air conditioning is ice cold and the heater warm and toasty. There are just no known problems with this vehicle. I took pictures of the underneath to show you there is NO damage and NO rust.
