Selling My 1978 Mercedes-Benz 300D Diesel Only 80,000 actual miles. Enthusiast owned and a rare opportunity to own a sought after W123 with such low miles.

Daily driver worthy or restoration opportunity.

Body is very straight, as minor surface rust areas. No holes that I know of. (see pictures) I can send addition pictures of specific areas if someone needs.
Needs paint and body work. Current paint is chalky although it can be buffed and made last a while longer. I have all trim, xterior pieces and emblems. All glass is good, ower windows, ower locks, unroof, ights, ll function.
Under body is great.
Interior is great for year, ould use side carpet pieces. Dash has cracks, ut covered with dash carpet. Newly reupholstered seats -No tears or rips, auges, lock interior lights all work. It never had the original radio, o I replaced with a nice Bluetooth enabled Alpine deck, peakers were blown so I got Kicker CS series speakers ( no holes or modifications were made to fit these) Wired forsub woofersif desired.
Full transmission flush with new filter, oolant flush with Zerex G-05, ew brake master cylinder, ebuilt calipers, ew rotors, ads (front and back) new SACH front and rear shocks, epacked wheel bearings with Mobil-1 full synthetic,new tie-rods, ew fuel filters, ebuilt injectors with Monark nozzles,New glow plugs, alves have been adjusted recently. tons and tons of new parts and countless hours of work. I'm leaving a lot out.
Few bad things:
Needs new tires.
Some weather-stripping/seals are old. makes cab a little nosier driving down highway speeds.
Small wrinkle on drivers front fender. Missing trim which I have in the trunk.
