2006 Ford Expedition XLT 5.4L V8 - 1 Owner County Fleet Vehicle 100k miles

I'm selling a 1 owner NJ County fleet SUV. It has been regularly maintained as a fleet vehicle. It was taken out of the Fleet service in August 2015. Note that the NJ state inspection expired last year as it was taken out of service.
Good condition. Its a basic interior. It has the 5.4k v8 and not the 4.6l. Runs good. It's got 2wd, wd full time, x4 high and 4x4 low electronic selector in working order.
No 3rd row seat.There's no carpet. There's no standard center console and the mount and electrical wiring from the County ownership is still there. The wires are also present in the engine bay and are removed from the battery. There's no warning or check engine lights.
Typically, he Ford Expeditions are pretty rust prone. This doesn't appear to have rust on the rockers although there is some rust on the factory tow hitch.
It has some paint peeling on rear gate but no rust on it.
The A/C button turns on but it doesn't blow ice cold. Not sure if it just requires a recharge. Heat works great.
If you want a good work suv that was maintained and low mileage, his is the truck. If you want a fully loaded interior, his is not the truck for you.
