2004 Audi A4 Avant Wagon 4-Door 3.0L

Details:- I am the 2nd owner. Vehicle came off a 2 year lease under warranty and I have driven it since.- Flood car. Starts/Drives.- Still under clean title.- Regularly serviced, everal records available.- Considerable mold yet I am told that this car is very repairable. It is just beyond my capability/interest. - New parts within 6 months of flood: - AC kit (compressor, rier, xpansion valve, ings) - Oxygen Sensor (bigger deal than you'd imagine because it sits inside the engine. $20 part. $200 in labor) - 4 tires- All glass intact- At time of flood the car was in good-excellent mechanical, lectrical and aesthetic condition.- There will however be NO test drives in order to not potentially create any damage before the car is properly serviced. - I am happy to provide any/all information to assure a transparent transaction. Nothing to hide-I'd prefer you knew what you need to know.- As such, lease be a person experienced with these types of cars. All requests to view the car will be honored.- Car being sold AS-IS. No repairs or changes to car will be done during or after purchase.- $500 non-refundable deposit required at time of purchase/winning bid.- Remainder of purchase price must clear accounts prior to pick up/tow or buyer may provide cash in person.- Failure to agree to/fulfill these terms = immediate and permanent breach of auction contract.- Thank you and good luck!
