2001 Audi S4 2.7 manual transmission with additional snow tires and wheels

I have owned this 2001 Audi S4 for the past 9 years. It has been adult driven and well maintained. I purchased it with 120k miles on it. The following repairs have been performed: Timing belt, ater pump, hermostat, ulley replacement;clutch and pressure plate replacement; all upper and lower front control arms and guide links; tie rod ends and alignment; alternator replaced; updated crankcase breather system with oil cap with pressure relief valve; front and rear brake pads and rotors have been replaced within the last year; replaced front and side engine mounts; replaced both transmission mounts. I have the Audi all-weather floor mats and the wetherTech trunk liner. The original self dimming interior mirror failed. I replaced it with a compass, ear camera model. It also includes 4 winter tires and are the OE wheels powder coated black with General snow tires and 60% tread remaining.
The car is stock. It has not been on the track, as not been chipped. I changed the oil every 5k miles with synthetic oil. The engine and transmission are smooth and quiet. There is a scratch on the left rear corner(see photos). The leather is also separating on the drivers side seat bottom. This car is in great shape for a 2001.
I purchased a new Audi and do not have room for this one. I has been garaged since then.
