Detailed item info Model OverviewThe 2014 Audi Q5 is offered with three different engines. A 211-horsepower. 2. 0L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine. a supercharged 272-hp. 3. 0L V6 and a turbocharged 3. 0L diesel V6 that makes 240 hp. All three engines are mated to an 8-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission. and all feature Audi's quattro all-wheel drive system. which sends about 60 percent of engine torque to the rear wheels under most driving conditions. When slippery surfaces are detected. or when more stability is needed. the system will reapportion torque as needed. The 2. 0L also helps to power the hybrid model. in conjunction with an electric motor. The hybrid Q5 is capable of an EPA-estimated 24 mpg city and 30 mpg highway.
