2007 Audi A4 S-Line 6 speed - Fully loaded - Mechanics special please read!!!

Up for sale is my 2007 Silver Audi a4 s-line 6spd manual quattro. This car is FULLY LOADED with the full premium package.
The car is in great shape at 151k miles. Brakes done last year along with four new tires with h&r springs. Clean CT title. Has the normal aging of any 9 year old car.
PLEASE READ - The car has been misfiring and upon review of my friend at Audi of Wallingford, CT the needs an exhaust valve replaced on one cylinder. We have done all the diagnostic testing which included a compression and leak down tests along with VAG-COM scanning and all work was completed by this audi technician and done correctly. Aside from that, the only other issues I can think of is the armrest needs a new lock and there is a small crack on the under carriage plastic on the driver side i noticed when working underneath the vehicle.
With that said, this is perfect car to make a great flip or to spend a bit of money and love as much as I did. Aside from above, the car is in great shape. Drove wonderfully prior to the misfiring.
