Description

2002 S6 Avant (Wagon) with V8. Car suffered transmission failure on 9/15/16. Reverse works perfectly but forward will only creep with an occasional "grab". Ran strong and well before tranny failure. Selling as is/where is (Wallingford Audi Service Department, Wallingford CT - zip: 06492). Selling for salvage, parts or repair.
Black leather with all the options, power everything. All systems work other than it needs new washer fluid container and air bag light is intermitent (code indicates a seat belt pre-tensioner is faulty). Has minor damage at driver rear quarter (see photo) and parking lot "gift" paint scuff from a white car on passenger rear bumper (see photo). No rust. Has brand new tires with under 200 miles on them (reset the trip meter when they were installed). No leaks or drips, no unusual oil burn. Until this failure, this was a very reliable, strong and impressive daily driver that I hate to see go.
