Description

Here is an opportunity for somebody to snap up a 2005 Audi A6 Quattro AWD in excellent condition. Car has 152K miles but has gone through a very comprehensive service including replacement of complete timing chain system with OEM parts. Complete list of all the services done is listed below. This car had the optional 18' wheels which IMO look much more sporty than the regular wheels. Tires are Michelin Blizzak snow tires which are in like new condition. Snow tires combined with Quattro AWD is ideal for Cleveland winters. Body is in great shape with a few minor scratches. Interior is also in great shape. Brakes, suspension, transmission and AWD systems are all great. Just passed Ohio E Check and ready to go. Undercarriage is very clean with no rust issues. This is a full size luxury sedan which was about $60K plus new. Very fast and extremely quiet, comfortable and stable at highway speeds.
It has all the options like climate control, CD changer, power heated seats, leather, sunroof, XM radio, traction control, steering adaptive Xenon headlights, 6 speed automatic trans. Car doesn't have Navigation and I believe the park distance control is not operational. There is a scratch on the windshield from a defective wiper being run at some point.
Price is firm at $5500 but it is a very attractive price if u consider all the maintenance work that has just been completed. A complete timing chain replacement job alone can cost upwards of $7000 at the dealership because it involves removal of engine. These cars tend to have timing guide issues around 150k mark and beware of only partial guide replacements because if one guide wears, the rest may not be far behind. I still have old parts that u can see. If u feel that the car is not priced right, please continue with your search. Call or text 937 232 4938located in Cleveland, OH area.
