2013 BMW M3 Coupe fully-loaded incl. Competition with 6-speed, 11.8K miles

For sale is my beloved Brunhilde. a 2013 e92 M3 with 6-speed in Jet Black with black leather interior. The car has been babied from the very first day when I bought it new and has 11. XX miles on it. I bought this car to keep forever. and the maintenance and treatment reflect that. I am only considering selling it due to an international career move. After much consideration. it doesn’t make sense to ship the car and go through the nightmare of converting it to local regulations. This car has not slept outside. was never driven in harsh climate. has been housed in a garage under a custom-fit cover. and was always connected to a battery tender if sitting for more than a few days. The warranty is still in effect until March 2017 or 50. 00 miles. whichever comes first. I am a car-lover who doesn’t beat on his cars. My driving routine always included letting the car warm up properly to operating temperature. What I mean by that is keeping it under 3. 00-4. 00 rpms and no more than half-throttle until the engine reached the ~200 degree level. I have performed extra oil changes and other services frequently. and have detailed records of everything. The car was mostly driven on highways (80%) and experienced only one BMWCCA driving day at Lime Rock (with proper maintenance performed prior to the instructor-led event). The only modifications I have made to the car are non-mechanical in nature (see below list). The car never had a front-license plate holder attached or drilled. so the front bumper is unmolested. The car is in immaculate shape. inside and out. You will not find a cleaner example.
