1995 BMW 540i Base Sedan 4-Door 4.0L

As stated above this car is gorgeous. Rare 6 speed manual hooked to an 8 cylinder BMW engine makes this a true drivers car. Only about 200 of these were brought to the US and I doubt there is a nicer one of these available. Her oaint is operfect. one little blemish . pushed in . no paint cracked ( shown in pic) could easily be repaired by a good paint man. Everything works . no warning lightsa . she shifts easily and smoothly. Her tires are 95% new . engine is dry and strong. When delivered she was delivered with a nikasil engine engine and this was replaced by BMW at about 70K miles. This means that her current Alusil engine has about 130k miles. These engine if looked after are good for well over 400k miles. Her interior is flawless . leather . roof liner . mats etc in perfect shape. Never smoked in . no pets etc etc . I recently drover her from Alabama to San Diego and back ( almost 2500 miles)average mph was 71 and average mpg was 24. 8. The only reason I am selling her is I am almost 71 years and seem to prefer using my 1995 bmw 540i automatic any more. These two cars have been my babies and passion and hope if she finds a new owner she will be appreciated as she is now. I will take a minimum of $6500 for her . no less.
