Very nice 328xi (All Wheel Drive). Only 83k miles on this bmw.
Body: No body damage. Paint in great shape with minimal curb rash chips on lower front bumper fascia. Nothing uncommon for a 7 year old vehicle.
Interior: Very good condition. Wood grain trim, eather and carpet all in excellent shape. All switches and gauges works as it should.
Powertrain: Very smooth as one would expect from a 83k mile car. Well maintained. No funny check engine light or any other malfunction light. Solid car overall.

6. Buyers Inspection: We have done our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. We always welcome a buyer’s inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, lease make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees if any are Buyers responsibility.

7. Representations and Warranties made by seller: This vehicle is being sold "As Is", nless otherwise mentioned. Balance of manufacturer’s warranties may still apply, ut will be noted in listing description if any exists. Extended warranty may be available. Please call sales staff for extended warranty details. 8. Taxes and Registration fees: A dealer fee of $150 will be added to the final bid to cover documentation, emp tag and vehicle prep. Fee will be applied to all sales. Appropriate sales tax will be collected from the residents of the state of GA. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, ounty, city taxes and fees, s well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.

9. Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 30 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashiers check we will hold all titles for 20 days or until funds have cleared.

10. Shipping & Delivery:

1. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. We will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!

2. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. We are not affiliated with any carrier and any carrier suggestions or carrier web links do not establish any affiliation. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, OT with M&K Auto Brokers

3. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, ut is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure using our zip code 30094.

11. Finalizing your Purchase:

1. We will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.

2. Successful high bidder MUST communicate with our Sales Staff by phone at 678-940-4087 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy the vehicle within 24 hours of the auction end or the sale is not completed within 24 hours, e reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer and have no further obligation to previous auction winner.

3. In order to secure bid on vehicle, uccessful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of $500 by major credit card, ash in person or bank certified funds or Paypal. Within 7 days of bid closing, uyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, ash in person, r bank certified funds to Seller and arrange pick up or carrier transportation of vehicle.

4. At time of sending initial deposit, uyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License to (404) 299-3423 . Furthermore, efore said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, ll other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.

12. Point of Sale:
Buyer or Buyers and M&K Auto Brokers explicitly and mutually wholly agree that the Point of Sale of any Vehicle Purchased from M&K Auto Brokers took place in the City and State of Conyers, A 30094 and any and all claims or legal disputes shall be handled by the applicable Judicial Entity located in the Conyers, A 30094.
