2007 BMW 335i E90 SEDAN - FULLY LOADED 108,700 MILES - BLUE/BROWN

You are bidding on a clean fully-loaded 2007BMW 335i E90 sedan with Monaco Blue exterior andTerra Brown leatherinterior. This car is literally fully-loaded; the only option not checked on this vehicle is the park distance control. It has 108,700 miles, nd I have had it since it had roughly 4,000 miles. It hasn't had any major issues, nd I have all the service records.

--IMPORTANT NOTE--

This transaction will take place through a dealership that is owned by my brother so that I can save on taxes for a new car I will be purchasing through his dealership. There will be a $200 documentation fee added to the final auction price to cover his paperwork costs so please bid accordingly.

The 100,000 mile service was just performed last month and it included an oil change, rake fluid flush, nd alignment. A new complete set of Continental DWS tires were also installed last month. Spark plugs and other items typically changed at the 100,000 mile service were all performed last year when the car had approximately 95,000 miles.

The exterior paint isin fair conditiondue to paint fading on both front fenders and rock chips/dents typically present on an 8-9 year vehicle. The wheels have some curb rash butvery minimal. The interior is in very good condition with no leather wear. However, installed a carbon fiber trim kit that replaced the wood trim around the interior (10 pieces). This carbon fiber kit has cracked and melted in certain locations but I do have the OEM wood trim pieces that will be provided with the vehicle (takes approximately 1 hour to replace all the trim pieces). Other than that, ere isn't much to mention concerning the interior.

The only negative thing to mention on this car is that is was in an accident, ut there wasn't any major structural or engine damage; there was some suspension damage. The good news is that it was all repaired at the local authorized BMW body shop. The accident occurred in early 2009 so any accident related issues would have arose by now. I have all repairs documents.

If you are looking at this car, ou know that it has BMW's wonderful twin-turbo inline 6 cylinder engine that puts out 300 hp/300 ft. lbs. torque, nd this particular car has the 6-speed manual transmission that is rare now-a-days. As mentioned before, his car has pretty much every option offered on this car and retailed over $52,000 as shown in one of pictures of the window sticker. The buyer will be responsible for freight charges if they are purchasing from out of town. If you are flying into town, can pick you up from the airport and provide a 1 night stay at a local hotel so that you have ample time to see the car and complete the paperwork. This is my daily driver so it will have a little more than 108,700 miles.

A deposit in the amount of $500 will be required within24 hours of auction end and the remaining balance will need to be paid in cash or wire transfer. The deposit will be fully refundable if there is something that is untrue in my description or you notice any significant flaw in the car. I have tried my best to be upfront about any issues with this car but there is always the possibility that I missed something. The refundable deposit gives you the piece of mind that you will not lose your deposit if something is not to your liking. As you can see from my feedback, try to keep all my transactions fair. The only negative transaction is from a buyer that was being very unreasonable and didn't even bother to read the title or description of what they were purchasing. So, id with confidence.
