BMW 330Ci Premium, Cold Weather & Sport Pkg

2005 BMW 330Ci. I purchased this at Perillo BMW in Chicago in 2008 as a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle) with 34,000 miles on it. I'm the 2nd owner and have all the original paperwork/sticker. Car has never been in an accident.
Since May 2011 this car has only been serviced by Dennis at Exclusively Bimmers in Mount Pleasant, C. I also have a print out of all the service records. There's been absolutely no issues with the engine, transmission, eaks, tc. It's only been in for service for standard things like oil changes, attery, ires, rakes and that type of thing. It has new rear brake pads and sensor and tires as of February 2014. Mechanically the car is very sound. Had an oil change within last few months.
130,000 that are mostly highway miles - this car was originally from Chicago, riven all over Florida, o Connecticut and back, ack and forth from Florida and South Carolina before I eventually relocated back to Charleston. I'm only selling as I started a new business and I need the money. That however does not mean I'll accept a low-ball offer.

It has 2 cosmetic issues. There's a scrape in the rear drivers side panel. The glue on the headliner is coming undone - it's only on the 4 side panels though and NOT the roof (see pictures).
Clean title in hand.
