1. Upgrades, ros, nd cool features:

• MKII Nav (brown themed with spare blue theme -- both working)

• Style 66 Wheels staggered with 80% Simitomo HTR's 245/45/17 front and 275/40/17 rear
• 1999 540i Front Brakes with red painted calipers

• Bluetooth -- replaces cd changer
• Spare 6 disc CD changer

• Records of all work done since 2009 by previous owners except for what I have done myself (listed below)
• Never tracked or raced
• Spare control arms included - not needed, ut I was given them by the previous owner
2. Cons:
• Tear in back seat from baby seat
• Sun roof sometimes clicks when closing, nd tilt does not work right now. New track just needs to be adjusted
• Two of the rear sun shades are broken
• Both front cupholders do not open
• No spare tire
• Small hole in rear bumper from my mom backing into a brick planter -- replacement included (not installed). I will be getting it painted and installed this week if not sold after a few days.
• Front bumper has small crack but is not very noticeable
• Small hairline cracks in metal under right tail light -- Car may have been hit under previous owner
• Tensioner pulley squeaks...is just a noise and does not hurt the car in the slightest. I will be replacing it this week. Part has been ordered, nd if I have not replaced it, will give it to you.
• Air bag light is on because the seats were replaced without unplugging the battery, nd it triggered the seat belt tensioner sensor. I have new seat belt receptacles, o you can either replace them, r take it to the dealer and have them turn off the light as it is all functioning perfectly.

• Intake gasket
• Fuel pump and filter
• Fan clutch
