The Old Oregon Motor Company presents:
2001 BMW Dinan Stage III S54 M Roadster. Silver/Black. Very rare rocketship built in Steve Dinan's shop, he legendary factory-authorized BMW tuner. Just 987 S54 Roadsters were built for 2001 and just a handful received this Dinan Stage III treatment. The car has the Stage III engine and the Stage II Suspension. It will do 0 to 60mph in 4 seconds or better. Top speed is probably in excess of 175mph. Third gear at 7000 rpms is 120mph with another 1000 rpms to redline and two more gears to go! The motor has 10,000 miles on it. It was built in Dinan's Race shop with Carillo Racing Rods, inan Stage I, I, nd III software installed, inan Cold Air Intake System, inan High Flow Air Flow Meter, nd the Super Sprint Exhaust System. The motor has between 350 to 360 horsepower with an 8000 rpm redline with a rev limiter. Dinan Stage II Suspension with Dinan front and Rear Sway Bars, inan Strut Tower Brace, &R Racing Springs (3" Drop), listein Sport Shocks/Struts, nd Michelin Pilot Sport Front & Rear Tires. Alpine stereo with satellite radio remote and removable radio face, lus a 250W JL audio amp and custom sub-woofers. Short shifter, MW rear wing, hrome accent interior, ustom M leather center console, ustom M leather arm rests, ustom M leather shift boot, hrome door handles, hrome vent surrounds, hrome washer jets, lear side lights with amber bulbs, inted windows, nd limited all black interior (not the standard two tone). This car developed the typical engine bearing issue at about 76K miles. After much legal wrangling with an aftermarket warranty firm, hat firm ended up paying for an entire engine rebuild in Steve Dinan's shop. That rebuild was about 10K miles and three years ago. The smoke chrome wheel finish, hich is actually paint, s starting to fail in places. One poor "Dent-Doctor" repair on the nose should be redone. The car has a massive history file with all receipts, nd those receipts total a massive investment in this stunning little screamer! Don't miss this car!
