More Info: Just thought I would address 2 additional things:

1) The Vehicle History Report indicates 3 owners. That is correct.

- The first individual had it for 3 years and traded it to a BMW Dealership. The dealership then inspected the vehicle and offered it for sale with a CPO Warranty (6yr/100K + Maintenance Pkg). This suggests that the vehicle was treated extremely well and in immaculate condition as very few cars that are traded get the extended CPO warranty.

- The second individual owned it for only about 1 month. I was told this was an older lady that purchased the vehicle because she liked the look. But found it not practical for her once she had it. So she traded it in at a Nissan Dealership.

- I am the 3rd owner and have babied it from the day I had it. I actually drive for gas mileage and routinely got between 24 and 28 mpg with sustained driving around town (depending on traffic conditions and ac use). The car has always been garaged since I have owned it. I hate to let it go but I am looking to refi my house and it would help in that endeavor.

2) The Vehicle History Report shows a little blip in the mileage recording. That is My Fault. I reported mileage to my DMV that was listed on the purchase paper work that the dealership had given meand it happened to be15 miles LESS than themileage that the dealership listedona previousemissions test. Rest assured, see no indication that the odometer has been tampered with.
