Very Low Mileage M3 Convertible - Only 49,500 Miles, never seen a winter

This vehicle has been meticulously cared for and maintained. I am the second owner. I purchased the car in 2004 with 34,800 mi. It has been a fair weather weekender only as you can see by the pics. Car was not driven in the winter or inclimate conditions. The overall condition is excellent. The car has been babied in every way possible. Yearly detailing and fluids. Heated garage with cover and battery tender. EXTRAS: Cold Weather Pkg. Heated seats etc.. German made Authentic HAMANN Pg3 19'3pc 9 x 19 alluminum alloy staggered wheels made for BMW I purchased these wheels in 2006 for over 4k. They are in excellent condition with very little to no wear. Tires are Michelin Pilot Sport 275 55 19 rear, 45 55 19 front. Rears have one more summer remaining. Original M3 wheels and tires are included EXTERIOR: The body is in excellent condition. Paint is perfect. No dings or scrathes The top is completely free of rips or tears and rarely used. INTERIOR: The interior is in excellent condition as well. Leather and carpet look great! The are some small scratches on the center console door panels. This is an inherent issue with a E-46 BMW (rubber paint susceptible to scratches) MECHANICAL: The car is up to date on all maintanance, epairs and recalls as of June 15 SUMMARY: The car is being sold as is.
